Lead the Travel and Transport Team at Oxford University Hospitals in Oxford. This full time role focuses on operational management, service improvement, and sustainability initiatives.

As the Operational Travel and Transport Manager, you will oversee travel functions across OUH sites, including John Radcliffe Hospital and Banbury. Your responsibilities include managing staff operations, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of service.

You will also collaborate with the Senior Green Travel and Transport Manager on strategic projects to enhance the Trust’s initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operational delivery of travel and transport services
Develop initiatives for sustainability and green travel outcomes




Manage staff travel operations and permit processes
Act as the primary contact for transport queries and complaints
Oversee management of external contractors for service delivery

Requirements:
Proven experience in transport management and operations
Solid leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of sustainability practices in transport
Ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent customer service abilities
