Key Responsibilities:



- Support perks and disability management program administration - Provide expertise on employee wellness and leave matters - Coordinate enrollment processes and eligibility communications - Partner with various internal teams to ensure program effectiveness - Conduct research and benchmarking for program evaluation
Requirements: - 5+ years in benefits administration or related fields - Robust knowledge of Canadian perks programs and regulations - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion - Professional designations like CPHR or CEBS are assets
