As an Equipment Manager, you will oversee plant equipment and maintenance in a hands-on capacity. You'll engage with suppliers for installation and commissioning while developing robust daily maintenance and spare-parts systems. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain comprehensive equipment asset records
Lead equipment installation, acceptance testing, and commission reports




Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime
Supervise daily operations of the maintenance team
Own safety performance and ensure compliance in all maintenance tasks

Requirements:
5+ years in equipment/maintenance role in manufacturing
Engineering diploma/degree preferred
Experience with die casting machinery highly desired
Red Seal or equivalent trade qualification is an asset
