We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Building Restoration, to join a growing engineering consulting team based in Markham.This role is focused on leading building restoration projects from start to finish, including site assessments, technical reporting, and overseeing construction delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Lead building restoration projects from assessment through to completionConduct site reviews and prepare technical reports and recommendationsDevelop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposalsManage project delivery, including timelines, costs, and quality controlCoordinate with clients, contractors, and consultantsSupport and mentor junior team membersWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in building restoration or building envelope projectsValid driver’s license and access to a vehicleTechnical expertise in
