About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Facilities Development and Engineering. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the planning, design, and construction of campus facilities and lands to ensure they meet the institution's goals, aesthetics, and sustainability standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing, supporting, and implementing the company's strategic, planning, and sustainability strategies, as well as long-range space plans for institutional development. Collaboration with the Facilities Management Division's leadership team is essential to set standards, design principles, and construction delivery.





Applicants for the Managing Director position should be seasoned executives in facilities, planning, and capital projects, with a proven track record in delivering major capital projects and managing complex initiatives. Experience in a large-scale campus setting, such as a university, healthcare, research, or municipality, is preferred.

The role requires a leader with strategic thinking, political acumen, and sound judgment, who can effectively communicate with diverse audiences and build solid relationships.
