Take on an essential role as a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist with a Canadian manufacturer in Cambridge, Ontario. This on-site position requires expertise in mechanical systems and problem-solving. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the business owner and lead the installation and maintenance of advanced manufacturing equipment.

You'll design operational procedures, ensure equipment efficiency, and contribute to a culture of safety and precision. This hands-on role is perfect for a detail-oriented technologist. Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain European-made casting equipment
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing
- Analyze productivity and quality for continuous improvement
- Build safety protocols tailored for the shop’s environment
- Act as a resource for equipment-related inquiries Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Technology degree or relevant diploma
- Several years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills with mechanical systems
- Knowledge of CAD is a plus
