Iris’s leading financial client is looking for Technical Program Manager to join their team at Toronto, ON(Hybrid) location.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

:

- Lead the CGI Wealth360 Version 9 upgrade, an on-premise modernization initiative focused on improving digital capabilities, automation, usability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate business and technology workstreams, oversee delivery dependencies and governance, and lead change, training, and communications activities across impacted operational teams.
- This role requires a technically strong leader who can translate between technology teams and business stakeholders.

Must-have skills

- 10+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience in banking or financial services
- Proven experience delivering major platform upgrades, preferably CGI Wealth360 or comparable wealth-management/fund-accounting platforms
- Robust technical delivery background, including application upgrades, integrations, testing, release planning, and dependency management
- Fund accounting / wealth operations domain knowledge
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving business, operations, technology, vendors, and senior stakeholders




- Strong change-management leadership, including training, communications, operational readiness, and adoption planning
