- Deep understanding of Company’s M3 ERP modules relevant to the project scope (e.g., Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Knowledge of Company’s M3 Cloud and on-premise technical architecture.
- Familiarity with Company’s M3 APIs, integration techniques, and data migration tools (e.g., MvxFileTransfer, IDM).
- Experience with Company’s ION for integration and workflow orchestration.
- Cloud Readiness and Technical Assessments:
- Ability to perform technical cloud readiness assessments.
- Understanding of cloud deployment, security, and infrastructure considerations for Company’s M3. 2.

Project

Management & Delivery Skills - Project Coordination & Leadership:

- Coordinate with customer technical leads and Company’s functional and technical consultants.
- Oversee project-related technical plans, resources, and activities.
- Manage change orders, resource role allocation, and service fee estimation.
- Methodology & Governance:
- Apply Company’s Method Playbook for project governance.
- Maintain requirements traceability and solution architecture documentation.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Solid client communication skills to act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.




- Lead workshops and technical discussions to align project goals.
- Risk & Issue Management - Identify, escalation, and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. 3.

Architecture & Design - Technical Solution Architecture:

- Design and validate technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Integration with external systems and third-party applications.
- Data management and configuration technical design.
- Performance and Scalability:
- Plan for performance optimization and scalability in solution design.

- Prepare architectural diagrams and technical solution guides.
- Tooling and Technologies - Company Tools:

- General Tech Stack:
- Experience with XML, APIs, middleware technologies.
