Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (4 days/Week HYBRID)

Duration: Long term assignment

Hours: 37.5-hour/week

Role Description:

- Lead the implementation of DUCO, a SaaS-based reconciliation platform replacing manual operational processes for the derivatives AIS environment.
- Manage system interfaces, vendor and stakeholder coordination, delivery risks, testing, and implementation activities within an active transformation program.
- Drive execution across business, operations, and technology teams.

Must-have skills

- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations




- Robust stakeholder management, vendor management, interface/integration coordination, and risk/issue management
- Experience in financial services operations, ideally fund accounting, reconciliation, derivatives, futures, or options
- Proven delivery experience in process automation and operational transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of change-management impacts, including business readiness, communications, training, and adoption support
