Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Representative - Inside Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical products, and helping customers find the right parts and equipment solutions.

Working in a collaborative, team-focused office environment, you will assist customers, develop product knowledge, and support sales growth through phone and email communication.

This is an in-person role, in our Etobicoke office. Health benefits available following a probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with customers to identify correct parts and equipment
- Read and interpret product manuals, technical documents, and parts breakdowns
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, specifications, and lead times
- Collaborate with internal team members to expand technical knowledge
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

- Strong communication skills - phone and email
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn technical products & language
- Qualified and customer-focused attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail

Assets (Not Mandatory):

- Previous sales or inside sales experience
- Technical or mechanical aptitude
- Experience with parts, equipment, or industrial products
