Summary & Qualifications

We are looking for a Technical sales specialist to join our team at our Richmond Hill, Ontario location. The candidate must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Post-graduate degree or diploma in business strongly preferred
- Min of 3 years’ experience in water treatment.
- Candidates who have completed the “Certified Water Specialist” course from the Canadian Water Quality Association (CWQA) or the US Water Quality Association (WQA) will be preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace.

Responsibilities

- As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a thorough understanding of Envirogard products and services.
- Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate technical solutions.




- Negotiating sales and closing deals using effective sales strategies.
- Setting and achieving sales targets.
- Providing product demonstrations and preparing technical presentations.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
- Preparing and finalizing contracts and other sales-related documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to production staff regarding assembly procedures and troubleshooting.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, new products, and new technologies.
