Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Construction Site Supervisor
to oversee daily operations at active construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines. This role requires solid leadership, technical knowledge, and experience working in remote and logistically complex settings.Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction crewsEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsMonitor project progress and resolve work-related problemsCoordinate materials, equipment, and site logisticsTrain and mentor workers on job duties and safety proceduresLiaise with management, contractors, and inspectorsMaintain daily site records, reports,



and documentationEnsure quality control and adherence to project plans and specificationsApply knowledge of
helicopter rescue operations and helicopter long-line rescuer instruction
when required on siteRequirements:Minimum
5 years of experience
in construction supervision or a related roleProven leadership and crew management experienceKnowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site coordinationExperience or training in helicopter rescue and helicopter long-line rescuer instruction
is requiredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in remote or challenging environmentEducation:Secondary (high) school graduation certificate requiredAdditional construction or safety certifications are considered an asset
