Nomo Nomo is looking for a friendly and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team 2 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a rapid-paced workplace, and understands the importance of first impressions.

This is a more advanced Host position. We expect you to learn our menu and be able to run food and beverages.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and walk-ins
Operate and manage seating through OpenTable
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
Follow direction from management and senior team members
Help run food and buss tables





Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Experience with OpenTable is an asset
Robust communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service
Must be dependable and punctual
Must have Serving It Right

Availability:
2 days per week
Evening availability required
