Bar Asra is hiring an experienced bartender to join our small, tight-knit team. Our cocktail program is inuenced by flavours around the world, built aroud technique and narrative, not just spec sheets. the cocktail and drink program complements the kitchens contemporary Asian fusion menu, offering an elevated but relaxed dining experience.

The details:

• ~4 shifts/week, evenings and nights

• Earliest start: 2:30pm (Fri/Sat)

• Small team, high trust, high ownership

Core Responsibilities:

• Prep house-made cocktail components — batching, syrups, tinctures, infusions — ahead of service

• Execute full cocktail program to spec during bar service

• Serve guests at the bar area, including some food/drink service to seated guests

• Open and close the bar, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning

• Maintain a clean, organized bar throughout and at end of shift

• Support stocktake and ordering — tracking stock levels to keep the bar ready for service
