Job Duties
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.
Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Remove garbage and recycling and transport them to designated disposal areas.
Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation as required.
Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.

Requirements
No formal education required.
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
