Be a key player in hydrocarbon data tracking as an Analyst on the Reconciliation team. This role offers exposure to logistics management and finance accounting in a dynamic environment.
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Reconciliation team, ensuring exact hydrocarbon data for finance and sales partners. In this position, you will reconcile inventory across terminals nationwide while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will also involve troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and adhering to compliance requirements, contributing to the effective closure of month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:



- Reconcile inventory transactions daily across distribution terminals - Analyze stock variations and lead troubleshooting efforts - Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and month-end processes - Achieve Key Performance Indicators impacting business outcomes - Collaborate with teams to resolve inventory variances for improved support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain - Minimum 3 years of accounting or inventory experience - Familiarity with SAP S4 and SAP Fiori - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power platform - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
