You will play a critical role in providing support for the Operative BMS system within a consulting domain.

Your responsibilities include resolving issues related to scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with multiple teams to streamline user access. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS in consulting
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad sales, traffic, and billing issues
- Manage incidents and user requests via ticketing tools
- Execute SQL database troubleshooting and validation
- Perform root cause analysis and enhancement support Requirements:
- Proven experience with Operative IBMS systems
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with ServiceNow or JIRA
- Experience in a helpdesk or EUC setting
