Technology Lead - Optical SME

Required Qualifications:

- At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills

Experience in the telecom/optical industry.

- Thorough understanding of optical standards related to DWDM and line systems.
- Solid experience in optical technologies and optical line systems, including DWDM, ROADM, amplifiers, Raman, OTDR, DGE, etc.
- Prior experience in the architecture and design of optical/telecom embedded systems.
- Excellent hands-on experience with operating systems, object-oriented design, and C++.
- Ability to define detailed software requirements and system/software architecture, working closely with software architects and designers, based on high-level product requirements for next-generation Optical Line System.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Highly desirable to have the ability or prior experience as a Product Owner (PO) in Scrum teams.
- Highly desirable to have a strong understanding of Agile Scrum and AI.
