Shape user experiences as a Technology & UX Research Volunteer at STW™. Leverage your design skills to promote awareness of water contamination while collaborating with passionate professionals. In this unpaid role, you will contribute a minimum of 5 hours weekly to enhance the STW™ online presence.
Your responsibilities include running usability tests and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve user interactions on the website. This position offers valuable experience in research techniques and UX design that aligns with a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to refine website usability
- Collaborate with diverse teams for product feature prioritization
- Educate stakeholders on UX best practices and trends
- Report project findings to leadership for future improvements
- Attend monthly meetings to align on tech initiatives Requirements:
- BA/BS or pursuing a degree in design or HCI
- 0.5 years of experience in UX design or relevant internships
- Understanding of usability methods and competitive analysis
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient
