Coforge is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Platform Test Lead with robust expertise in the Intellect CBX platform

Role: Test Lead

Platform: Intellect CBX (Consumer/Corporate Banking eXperience)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Commercial Banking implementations on the Intellect CBX platform.
- Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach.
- Manage functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing cycles.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate solutions.
- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
- Coordinate defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
- Lead a team of QA analysts and testers across multiple workstreams.




- Ensure quality assurance processes and testing standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular status reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards to project leadership.

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Test Lead in Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with Intellect CBX platform implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
- Good understanding of commercial banking products, including:
- Cash Management
- Payments & Collections
- Trade Finance
- Corporate Lending
- Treasury Services
- Liquidity Management
- Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Experience with API testing, integration testing, and database validation.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
