Job Posting: Lead Server at The Acorn The Acorn, Vancouver's award-winning, Michelin-recommended, plant-forward restaurant, is looking for a Lead Server to join our passionate and dedicated team. What You'll Do:

- Provide exceptional service with a warm, professional, and guest-focused approach.
- Lead by example, mentoring and supporting fellow team members in delivering seamless service.
- Act as a liaison between the front-of-house and kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, including wine pairings, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, to confidently make recommendations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and upholds The Acorn’s high standards.
- Collaborate with management to improve service practices and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 5 years serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support a team.
- A passion for hospitality, sustainability, and plant-based cuisine.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A keen interest in wine, cocktails, and locally sourced ingredients (WSET II or similar experience is a bonus but not required).
- Bartending experience
