Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing various types of tiles in residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and precision in every project. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine tile layout and installation techniques.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials such as mortar or adhesive to ensure proper tile adhesion.
- Cut tiles precisely using hand tools, power tools, or wet saws to fit corners, edges, and intricate designs.
- Install tiles on floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces with attention to detail for alignment and spacing.
- Apply grout, caulking, and sealants to finish installations professionally and prevent water infiltration or damage.
- Operate heavy equipment or scaffolding safely when working on elevated or large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers,



and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in tile installation or related construction work with a strong understanding of building codes and safety standards.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Proficient with hand tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, and measuring devices; experienced with power tools including saws and drills.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry techniques, flooring installation, and concrete finishing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, restoration projects, cabinetry installation, construction painting, welding, and heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
