Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice to join our dynamic team that services many car dealerships and retail customers in the Markham-Stouffville area. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive accessories industry. As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in automotive tint, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, and rust protection.

Our goal is to hire employees that are truly willing to learn new skills within the automotive industry while also providing great customer service!

Duties

- Speak to customers in a skilled tone
- Pick up and drop off new vehicles to and from car dealerships
- Participate in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
- Slowly learn how to complete each service our shop provides (ceramic coating, detailing, rust protection, tint/PPF)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.




- Develop mechanical knowledge through practical experience and training sessions.
- Follow instructions from senior staff while demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of automotive industry
- Clean driver's abstract and 'G' license, and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent attitude and eagerness to learn
- Willing to not just get the job done, but to also make sure we are performing quality work for our customers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and processes related to automotive tinting and rust protection.
- Must be willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while on the job.
