Responsibilities

- Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with precision and safety in mind
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
- Perform wheel balancing, alignment checks, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and answering questions to enhance their experience
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Lift heavy tires safely during installation or removal to prevent injury and ensure efficient workflow




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience preferred; strong mechanical knowledge is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment required
- Ability to lift heavy tires repeatedly while maintaining proper safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance practices, including tire rotation, balancing, and basic repairs
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards
