- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct wheel alignments and balancing
- Inspect tires for wear and damage
- Recommend appropriate tire replacements based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service history
- Assist customers with tire-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
`Skills:`
- Automotive repair experience, preferably as a mechanic or tire technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tire systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with tire installation and repair
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
