In your role, you will directly support the People & Culture team while ensuring aligning with Aviso’s values of care and innovation.

You will be responsible for annual compensation planning, managing relationships with external vendors, and oversight of employment benefits programs. Actively engaging with stakeholders, you will craft solutions that reflect Aviso's commitment to its workforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related disciplines
- 7+ years’ experience within Total Rewards
- Robust analytical skills with HRIS proficiency
- Understanding of job evaluation and incentive plan design
