Davidson Powerline Construction is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with experience in various types of machinery. This role involves operating equipment for construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times. Experience on track hoe and back hoe is essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment 130-245 track hoe and back hoe, perform various tasks
- Experience working and knowledge of Underground utilities is and asset.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and project progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential. 3-5 Years Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- A valid driving license is required, alone with a clean driving abstract.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
