- Schedule trainers according to priority training needs
- Conduct follow-up with trainers across the network




- Create and distribute training calendar to management
- Maintain and update Ground Operations Manual regularly
- Engage in the Integrated Management System reporting Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English; Inuktitut preferred
- 5 years training experience in aviation or Ground Operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills and time management
