Transactional Analyst – Procurement

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3+ days per week in the Montreal office

Contract: 12-month initial contract, with pre-approval to extend up to 18 months

Required Experience

1–3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, transactional operations, reporting, or data analysis.

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA or any other ERP.

Practical understanding of procurement processes, including P2P, contracts, supplier management, and procurement data.

Experience creating and maintaining reports, KPIs, trackers, and dashboards.

Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Working knowledge of VBA and/or Power Query.

Experience participating in process improvement, automation, standardization, or data cleansing initiatives.

Advanced Excel skills.





Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience with Power Apps is an asset.

Experience working in a global procurement or shared-services environment.
