Worldwide Quest is looking for a dynamic and motivated Travel Advisor to join our Group Tours Sales team in Toronto.
The Travel Advisor is a high-impact role within the Group Tours Sales team, responsible for driving the conversion of our portfolio of expert-led small group experiences. This position oversees the entire client lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry to final booking. Serving as a key liaison between sales and operations, the Travel Advisor plays a critical role in optimizing the traveler experience and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

We offer expert-led small group tours in natural history, culture and the arts, as well as Private Journeys for families and friends and customized travel programs for professional and cultural institutions.
Canadian owned and operated, we have offices in Toronto and New Delhi and work with a network of expert leaders, local guides and partners to create thoughtful, engaging travel experiences across all seven continents.
Work Environment
This is a full time hybrid position, with the team currently spending three days a week in our Toronto office on King Street East.
About the role
- Manage the client experience from initial inquiry through booking
- Provide knowledgeable, personalized customer service throughout the planning process
- Sell and promote Worldwide Quest’s portfolio of expert-led small group tours
- Work closely with operations to confirm tour details and client requirements
- Coordinate flight arrangements with our air department
- Create and maintain client documentation
- Work with marketing to support tour promotion
- Assist with group departures as needed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of sales experience in the travel industry or equivalent experience
- Has exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Is motivated, enthusiastic and takes initiative
- Has strong knowledge of world geography and travel destinations
- Is comfortable using Word, Excel, email and client database systems
- Can learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
