Located in Delta, BC, Niradia Group of Companies is a privately owned organization that has long standing experience, a proven track record and a well-respected presence in Western Canada in the construction, real estate, hospitality and property management industries.

In this role, you will bring your accounting skills to our Treasury Department monitoring the daily cash flow of multiple companies and ensuring the financial requirements are met. This role will appeal to an individual who thrives in complex organizational structures including multiple companies and involving inter-company transactions, and is a strategic problem solver who is capable of taking on additional projects as required.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the efficient management of companies’ bank accounts
- Cultivate and maintain an excellent relationship with financial service representatives
- Daily completion of cash reports
- Ability to identify problems and work with your team for solutions
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements We are looking for someone with minimum 3-5 years of experience as an accountant. Ideally,



you have a CPA designation or are working towards completing your designation. Strong computer skills with experience using Excel at a high-level is required. Experience with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate is an asset.
