Grounded in a relationship-based philosophy of care, the program supports individuals in addressing mental health, emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial challenges through counselling, service coordination, advocacy, and access to community resources. This role provides direct support to adults accessing clinical counselling services through case management, waitlist support, intake coordination, single-session counselling, and service navigation.
