The Opportunity

As our Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients understand their dental needs and feel confident moving forward with recommended treatment. You will have your own dedicated office where you can meet privately with patients, review their treatment, answer questions, discuss financial options, and help them navigate the next steps in their care.

Your role will include

● Presenting and reviewing treatment plans with patients in a clear, friendly, and confident manner





● Meeting privately with patients to discuss treatment, answer questions, and explain their options

● Helping patients understand treatment sequencing, timelines, and next steps

● Discussing treatment costs, insurance estimates, payment options, and financing

● Coordinating larger and more complex treatment plans

● Scheduling treatment efficiently and appropriately

● Following up with patients regarding outstanding or unscheduled treatment

● Working closely with our dentists and clinical team

● Maintaining accurate treatment plan documentation and communication

● Supporting the business team when needed

Your primary focus will be treatment coordination and the patient experience, from the moment treatment is presented through to scheduling and follow-up.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced dental professional who understands both the clinical and patient side of dentistry.

You may be an experienced:

Dental Assistant who is ready to move into a more administrative, patient-focused role

Dental Receptionist who understands dentistry and enjoys building relationships with patients

Or you may already have experience in treatment coordination and are looking for the right practice and community to call home.

You will ideally have:

● Experience working in a dental practice

● A strong understanding of dental terminology and common procedures

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Confidence discussing treatment and finances with patients

● Strong organization and follow-up skills

● The ability to build trust and make patients feel comfortable

● Experience presenting or coordinating dental treatment





● Dentrix experience is an asset
