Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Treatment Coordinator, where you'll be the vital link between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional patient care. In this energetic role, you will guide patients through their treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and facilitate the administrative processes that keep our practice running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who has the flexibility to work between our 2 clinics in Mississauga and Oakville. Monday - Thursday.

Duties

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, answering questions and providing detailed information about treatment options and procedures
- Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and verify insurance information to streamline billing processes
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records by updating patient charts promptly and thoroughly using specialized software
- Communicate treatment plans, post-visit instructions, and follow-up care details clearly to patients
- Collaborate with dental or medical teams to ensure all patient needs are addressed before, during, and after appointments




- Support the administrative team by managing phone calls, emails, and appointment reminders in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Prior experience working in a dental office environment is mandatory
- Proficiency in managing electronic medical records systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Office experience demonstrating professionalism, communication skills, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a positive attitude
