Trees Diner (Errington) is seeking support for our amazing Dining Room Manager. Support in the form of a leader who can supervise a group on her days off, but also take initiative and work independently when needed. This is a part time permanent role (3 days a week), but you may be able to convince us of full-time.

Serving experience is necessary, and leadership experience is very welcome. We are open to adding hours to this schedule if you have experience and interest in either social media, or events planning.

Our style of service is lead with a healthy obsession for "authentic hospitality". We are an old fashioned diner, and offer very homey style service, by hiring people that fit and then just being ourselves. Ideal characteristics for a server are calm under pressure, kind/warm, and FUN!

Ideal characteristics for a leader are consistent, organized and having the confidence to coach your team in an engaging and uplifting way. We are looking for a positive role model that the team can emulate. Someone that oozes kindness and hospitality.





The key to being a leader is in sharing that SAME kindness with your entire team, and not just your guests. We want leaders who create a space where people want to be The wage posted is hourly wage. Tips are on top of wage and expected to be closer to the top of the industry.

The aforementioned interest in social media or events planning could create extra hours or bonus pay for the qualified individual. We can work with schedule needs, but priorities will go to those with qualifications and a reasonable availability​
