In this full-time leadership position, you will be responsible for upholding safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and mentoring health and safety staff.

Your role is essential in supporting a culture of proactive safety and regulatory compliance at the Gibraltar Mine. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Health and Safety team’s daily operations
- Develop and maintain safety management systems
- Conduct safety training and promote staff development
- Review compliance with regulatory health standards
- Lead investigations and ensure quality corrective actions Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Health and Safety discipline
- 10+ years of mining health and safety experience
- Robust knowledge of compliance regulations
- Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities
