Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness
- Load and unload cargo, utilizing heavy lifting techniques when necessary, while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols during driving, loading, unloading, and yard activities




- Assist with yard duties such as securing loads and conducting vehicle inspections when required

Experience

- Proven experience operating heavy trucks or commercial vehicles with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various conditions
- Solid knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial trucking
- Excellent navigational skills with the ability to follow routes precisely
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and perform manual tasks as needed

Pay: $20.74-$36.80 per hour
