We’re looking for a thoughtful, patient, and flexible educator to join our team in supporting home learners—especially those who benefit from a more personalized and neurodivergent-informed approach to learning.

This role is ideal for someone who:

✔ Is comfortable supporting learners with executive functioning challenges and written output (e.g. helping students get started, organize ideas, and complete assignments)

✔ Has strong knowledge of English Writing pedagogy and scope and sequence of skills.

✔ Has experience working with autistic youth, students with AuADHD, or those with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)

✔ Can meet students where they are—academically and emotionally

✔ Is open to working remotely and in person if needed (based on learner needs and location)

✔ Values autonomy and can work independently while staying aligned with the bigger picture: helping students grow with dignity, curiosity, and confidence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent combination of education and experience)




- Demonstrated understanding of learning disabilities and instructional adaptations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
