You will work closely with leadership to set and monitor safety goals that comply with standards. Additionally, you will manage and inspire a team of Safety Coordinators, fostering a culture of safety across all operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and improve safety policies and programs
- Establish safety goals with management for compliance
- Review incident reports and conduct safety audits
- Develop Safety Coordinators to drive safety initiatives
- Collaborate with HR on worker’s compensation issues Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Over 3 years in warehouse safety management
- Required certifications in First Aid and Material Handling
