Tittle: UX Designer

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Duration: 6+ Months (High Possibility of extension

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

- Degree/Level of Education: A degree in design or a design-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Certifications Required:
- Years of Overall Experience: 3-5 years
- How will performance be measured: overall feedback on performance
- Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: Product designer

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities see
- How much time is being spent in meetings – 20%
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) -internal
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? NO!!!!

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1. native mobile (iOS and Android) components and patterns

2.) Proficiency in Figma – 3 years 3.) Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales

4.) Close collaboration with development teams to ensure that design with the internal team

5.) Creative and visually compelling design portfolio with a keen eye for detail.
