ONSITE- 5 days

Must haves:

- 3+ years of relevant UX Design experience working on complex digital products/projects.
- Strong experience with Figma .
- Extensive knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design .
- Experience with user research and usability testing .
- Solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with UX/design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, or JustInMind .
- Experience with Service Design frameworks and design systems is highly valued.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live (DABL) delivery methodology.
- Accessibility/AODA experience.
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UX, HCI, Usability, or a related field.
