Ideal Rate: $65- $70 (Based on Experience) ONSITE- 5 days Must haves: ~3+ years of relevant UX Design experience working on complex digital products/projects. ~ Strong experience with Figma . ~ Extensive knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design . ~ Experience with user research and usability testing . ~ Solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps. ~ Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies . ~ Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills. ~ Experience with UX/design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, or JustInMind . ~ Experience with Service Design frameworks and design systems is highly valued. Nice to Have Knowledge of Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live (DABL) delivery methodology. Accessibility/AODA experience.

Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UX, HCI, Usability, or a related field.
