OVERVIEW:

The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression to casino guests by delivering exceptional valet parking services. This position safely parks and retrieves guest vehicles, assists with traffic flow in designated areas, and ensures a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The Valet

Attendant maintains a high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail while handling guest vehicles with care and adhering to all safety, security, and company policies. Working in a fast-paced setting, the Valet Attendant contributes to creating a positive guest experience and supports the overall hospitality standards of the casino.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting customers and maintaining a professional appearance
- Providing information on events and promotions
- Responsible for handling vehicle transport in a safe manner
- Completing incident reports and documenting all vehicles as they arrive

EXPIERENCE, EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule,



including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing with guests and employees
- Ability to see and hear to detect and respond to emergency situations
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more.
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
