• Define and enforce CI naming conventions




• Manage CI lifecycle events and data remediation
• Optimize CMDB discovery configurations
• Support Change and Incident Management with accurate data
• Maintain comprehensive CMDB documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in CMDB administration
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification mandate
• Proficient in ServiceNow or LogicMonitor
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to document technical procedures clearly
