This key role supports the Quality Team in maintaining high standards across manufacturing processes. You will utilize your 5 years of experience to perform system audits, drive root cause analyses, and ensure timely resolutions to non-conformance issues. Your strategic mindset will be essential in collaborating with design engineers and the supply chain team to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits for quality systems and controls
• Identify and resolve product non-conformance issues
• Collaborate with design teams for product requirements
• Promote quality improvement initiatives across the board
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives like 5S
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in ISO standards and core quality tools
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
