As the Demand Planning Manager, you will oversee accurate demand forecasts and analyze business trends for TTI’s iconic brands like Milwaukee®, RYOBI®, and Hoover®. Your expertise will ensure a seamless supply meets promotional demand while optimizing inventory levels. Collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Product teams, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement to support account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop budget with Sales and Finance teams
• Drive supply chain process improvements and implement current tools




• Collaborate with the customer inventory team for optimization
• Monitor forecasts and present updates to leadership
• Analyze demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years supply chain experience
• Proficiency in ERP Systems like SAP and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
