Drive research innovation at Kwantlen Polytechnic University as a Research Facilitator within the Office of Research and Innovation. This role supports scholars by establishing research agendas and facilitating knowledge mobilization strategies.

As an essential member of the Office of Research Services, you will engage with research-active scholars, building scholarly portfolios and supporting research clusters. Collaboration with internal and external communities will enhance proposal development, funding acquisition, and the promotion of KPU's research mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support establishment of research agendas and scholarly portfolios
• Facilitate research clusters and cooperative initiatives
• Design creative approaches for knowledge mobilization




• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for proposal development
• Promote KPU research and scholarly activities effectively

Requirements:
• Doctorate degree or relevant combination of education and experience
• Experience in university or government research environments
• Knowledge of university research resources and procedures
• Expert knowledge of funding opportunities and application processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
