Experience Range:

years of experience in Banking/Capitalmarkets Domain

Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, andquery optimization.

Good working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.

Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integrationactivities.

Experience with Apache Kafka including event-driven architecture, messagingpatterns, produc ers/consumers, and real-time data pipelines.

Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, microservices, and systemintegrations.





Experience working with ETL/Data Integration and distributed systems.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.

Having Reconciliation experience is good to have

Project Management Skills

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution,monitoring, risk management, and delivery.

Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executivedashboards.

Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps,and business stakeholders.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming,retrospectives, and release planning.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholderexpectations.

Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate requirements intodeliverable solutions.

Ensure adherence to quality, governance, compliance, and security standards.

Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery for multipleprojects/programs simultaneously.

Work closely with architects anddevelopment teams to define solution approaches.

Review technical designs, data flows,integration patterns, and implementation plans.

Drive issue resolution, dependencymanagement, and risk mitigation.

Facilitate communication betweenbusiness users, product owners, and technical teams.

Ensure successful deployment,production rollout, and post-implementation support.

Mentor team members and promote bestpractices in project delivery.
