TodaPay is an international fintech company operating in the digital payments and financial infrastructure space across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.
We are looking for an experienced Senior AML & Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Compliance team and help build a scalable compliance framework that supports our continued growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex compliance challenges,
designing efficient processes, and working closely with business teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and continuously improve AML and compliance processes, controls, and monitoring frameworks, including fraud and chargeback management.
Develop, review, and maintain AML, compliance, and risk-related policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Oversee customer and business partner onboarding, including KYC, KYB, sanctions screening, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
Ensure compliance with applicable AML/CFT regulations and internal compliance standards.
Support compliance with payment processing, card acquiring, and card scheme (Visa and Mastercard) requirements.
Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to embed compliance requirements into business processes.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business, recommending updates to policies and procedures where necessary.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal workflows, operational efficiency, and risk management practices.
Support internal and external audits, regulatory requests, and partner due diligence processes.
Requirements 3+ years of AML and compliance experience within a fintech company, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Electronic Money Institution (EMI), or another regulated financial institution.




Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
Practical experience with payment processing, card acquiring, and the payments ecosystem.
Good understanding of Visa and Mastercard rules and compliance requirements.
Experience with fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and chargeback management.
Experience working with merchants operating in high-risk industries such as online gambling, betting, forex, crypto, or similar sectors.
Proven experience designing, documenting, and implementing AML and compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate, assess, and resolve complex or ambiguous compliance cases.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to compliance and risk management.
Excellent analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing complex or ambiguous cases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to balance regulatory requirements with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing fintech environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive
information.
