In this role, you will join STEGH’s Mental Health Program, where you will work directly with patients to offer comprehensive mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions. A cooperative approach with clinicians and community partners will be essential, as you help in building connections for coordinated care. Your capacity to establish therapeutic relationships and facilitate support systems will be crucial for patients facing addiction and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments for inpatients and outpatients
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches




• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Foster educational support for skill development
• Support individuals through crisis intervention strategies

Requirements:
• Active OCSWSSW membership is required
• Minimum three years in a mental health inpatient unit
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to engage individuals in therapy
• Technological proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
